   Hop back to the 1980s when "Joggin'", a BILLBOARD Magazine Top Single Pick, was the forerunner to the exercise movement. Patsy and her original song  received numerous raves and was featured on radio, TV (The Richard Simmons Show & Morning Stretch), had continual play on International Airlines and jukeboxes and was a recurring Dance hit.

 

   Fast forward, years later, the tuneful "Joggin'", written, performed & conducted by award-winning composer, Patsy Maharam, stays fresh and relevant  around social media; throughout the US, Canada and Europe.

   With a steady beat, "Joggin'", features the finest musicians, including the late Yogi Horton (Ashford & Simpson, Diana Ross) on drums, Eddie Magix on percussion, Dave Tofani on sax, and members of the Philharmonic on strings. An upbeat song, it makes you want to move; the lyrics and music exemplify the idea of the movement. It's almost as if the song takes off and runs itself.

   During the height of the disco era, Patsy made appearances and performances, including a special run for UNICEF, headlining at the famous Copacabana in NYC and the Limelight in Atlanta, GA, with her dancing boys, performing in "matching suits" in "shades of blue."
